This role emphasizes volunteer recruitment and structured field team training to create a disciplined and motivated ground force. Through door-to-door outreach, padyatras, and nukkad meetings, the campaign message is delivered personally to voters, building trust and strong community relationships. Event coordination and crowd mobilization are carefully managed to ensure impactful public meetings and maximum participation. Continuous monitoring of ground sentiment and response feedback helps in understanding the real-time voter mood.

Key responsibilities include building booth committees and assigning micro-responsibilities to ensure accountability at every level. The expert coordinates with local influencers, student groups, and community leaders to expand outreach and strengthen local support networks. Real-time communication is maintained with the War Room to share ground intelligence and strategic updates. Voter-contact programs such as “Har Booth Tak” and “Vote Pe Charcha” are executed to enhance engagement and awareness. Additionally, full logistical arrangements for rallies, vehicle campaigns, and meetings are managed efficiently to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.
