Our Legal Advisor ensures that the entire campaign operates strictly within the framework of election laws, safeguarding credibility and preventing legal vulnerabilities. This role is essential in maintaining compliance, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the electoral process.

The key focus areas include strict adherence to Election Commission guidelines and the Model Code of Conduct. The Legal Advisor oversees the nomination process, preparation of affidavits, and all required documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Campaign funding and expense management are closely monitored as per ECI norms to maintain financial transparency. Additionally, any notices, objections, or legal disputes are handled promptly and strategically to protect the campaign’s interests.

Core responsibilities include preparing complete legal documentation for candidate filing and coordinating with the party on regulatory matters. The advisor monitors campaign content to prevent defamation, misinformation, or any risk of violation. Guidance is provided on lawful social media promotions, rallies, and public events to ensure compliance. The Legal Advisor also liaises with authorities and maintains clear, transparent expenditure records, reinforcing accountability and trust throughout the campaign.
